Creek Session Terms & Policies By booking a creek session with Anna Feeney Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Retainer & Payments A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. Your remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your session. Your session is not officially booked until the retainer and signed agreement are completed. Rescheduling & Weather Creek sessions are weather dependent. If unsafe weather conditions arise (heavy rain, lightning, flooding, etc.), a reschedule date will be offered. Because of the limited seasonal availability of creek sessions, client-requested reschedules may not always guarantee another creek session opening. Arrival Time Please arrive on time and ready for your session. Mini sessions run on a tight schedule, and late arrival may reduce shooting time. Water & Environment Acknowledgement Creek sessions take place in natural outdoor environments that may include uneven ground, rocks, mud, water, insects, and changing conditions. By participating, clients acknowledge these natural conditions and assume responsibility for themselves and their children during the session. Children must remain supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. Clothing & Personal Items Clients understand that clothing, shoes, and personal items may become wet or dirty during the session. Anna Feeney Photography is not responsible for damage to clothing, footwear, phones, accessories, or personal belongings brought to the session. Family Size Creek mini sessions include immediate family members up to 5 people. Families/groups larger than 5 people must reserve 2 consecutive session slots to allow adequate shooting time and gallery variety. Image Delivery A 48-hour sneak peek will be provided. Final galleries are delivered within approximately 2 weeks. Additional image upgrades may be purchased after gallery delivery. Editing Images are edited in Anna Feeney Photography’s artistic style, including color correction, lighting adjustments, and light skin retouching. RAW/unedited images are never delivered. Cancellation Policy Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a client cancels their session entirely, payments made will not be refunded. Model Release Anna Feeney Photography may use images from sessions for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes unless otherwise discussed in writing prior to the session.
